1.1.- Delta Virtual Air Lines, was officially created as a virtual airline on October 19th, 2013-- as recognized by IVAO, one of the major flight simulation networks, who provide us with various services that are additionally provided to all members and companies.
1.2.- The corporate image of Delta Virtual Air Lines is that of the real company, having received authorization to use the name and image of Delta Air Lines Inc. with the main objective of promoting the practice of simulated flight; therefore, the care of the image by all members is essential.
1.3.- The intellectual property rights for the content of web pages, including graphic design and codes are the exclusive property of Delta Virtual Air Lines and therefore, any reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other activity that can be done with the contents of its web pages or even quoting the source, without the written consent of Delta Virtual Air Lines is strictly prohibited.
1.4.- All of the member data of this company and website are strictly protected under LAW 15/1999 of December 13th DATA PROTECTION. They will be for internal use only for contacting purposes related to the activities of the virtual company or affiliated entities. Under no circumstances will they be used for profit or for purposes other than the virtual company.
1.5.- Delta Virtual Air Lines conducts flight operations with the callsign DAL and will answer your calls with the name of DELTA plus the number associated with the registered pilot or flight.
1.6.- Delta Virtual Air Lines has its registered domain as www.deltaairlinesva.com which is to be understood as their Official Site.
1.7.- Such rules shall be binding as well as those within the IVAO network where we operate.
Our Staff organizes and manages all virtual company operations, with our objective being to ensure the proper functioning of the VA and its users.
2.1.- Our full trust is given to this group, so being a member of the Delta Air Lines Virtual Staff implies:
2.1.1.- Dedication and involvement in the tasks assigned.
2.1.2.- Capacity in solving problems and making decisions.
2.1.3.- Motivation in carrying out the tasks pertaining to their profile or function.
2.1.4.- Ability to promote the development of regulatory compliance.
2.1.6.- Above all, developing and maintaining a good atmosphere in the VA.
2.2.- To be a member of Delta Virtual Air Lines Staff, you must meet the following minimum requirements
2.2.1.- Be a minimum of 16 years old.
2.2.2.- Have an active account on IVAO.
2.2.3.- Be a member of Delta Virtual Air Lines.
2.2.4.- Do not be a member of staff, founder, or other similar position in any other VA, however it is permitted to be a member of staff of different divisions of IVAO.
2.2.5.- Dedicate generally 3 hours a week to the VA.
3.1.- All users of Delta Air Lines Virtual must in either case, fly under the indicative DALXXXX , DALXXX or with any callsings belonging to SKYTEAM group and regional airline of Delta Virtual Air Lines, with up to 4 digits and a minimum of 3 numeric digits, eg DAL1234, AEA123, AFR601X, KLM353...
3.2.- Users registered in our VA, may choose to perform a flight under the following categories: REGULAR, CHARTER, EVENT or TOUR.

3.3.- All flights, in all cases, must be done while connected to the IVAO or VATSIM network.
3.4.- In any case, you should choose between the types of aircraft the actual airline possesses in its fleet.
3.6.- All flights reported, will be reviewed through the DRMKS, Delta SIM ACARS and IVAO Tracker, in order to check the quality of the flight and the veracity of the report.
3.7.- Each user must report a minimum of 1 flight per each 6 months. Otherwise, your account will no longer be in active status.
3.8.- Flights will be performed under the following systems:
Delta RMK Tracker System (DRMK)
Delta SIM ACARS
3.9.- Wherever possible, we recommend flights be done consecutively, linear and seamless, i.e. take off from the airport where the user has landed before but is not mandatory in any case.
4.1. Membership of Delta Air Lines Virtual is open to all members over 16 years at the time of application, who are registered on IVAO.
4.2. Interested applicants should complete the questionnaire of the company; the veracity of its contents being the sole responsibility of the applicant..
4.3. Delta Virtual Air Lines, is not responsible for the falsification of information provided by registered users.
4.4. Once the application has been completed, you will be sent an e-mail with the steps to formalize your registration, if accepted.
4.5. Delta Air Lines Virtual reserves the right to reject applications that do not qualify or deemed potentially dangerous to the image of the Company.
A pilot may withdraw from Delta Air Lines Virtual in the following cases:
5.1. By willingly sending an e-mail to the Staff of the company:
5.2. When sanctioned by any member of IVAO Staff.
5.3. If a breach of the established rules occurs.
5.4. For breach of the rules associated with the forum and TeamSpeak 3, (read the rules in its corresponding channel).
5.5. By transmitting information of the company itself to outsiders.
5.6. After six months of inactivity, i.e. without making a single report.
5.7. After activation of a new user account, a flight should be made within the first week after registration, otherwise the account will be automatically deleted by the system.
5.8. If deemed appropriate for the benefit of Delta Air Lines Virtual.
Any registered pilot in our company who is either a Founder, Staff or Pilot, may be registered as a pilot in another VA as long as you do not break the rules of Delta Air Lines Virtual.

These Operating Rules shall come into force upon approval by the Assembly of founding members and published on the official website of the Company.
Approval date of the rules in force or last update: 01 /07/2016. Any changes after publication require the approval of a simple majority of the Administrators and both Director and Director Assitant members of the Company.
